Heritage Collection By Harry Christian Product Warranty Policy

We reserve the right to edit, modify and make amendments as and when we sit fit to do so and therefore anyone purchasing a product from our collection agrees to the outlined warranties policy below and agree that any changes made to our warranties policy after the date of their initial purchase will also apply to their product warranty agreement. 

(1) The Heritage Collection by Harry Christian offers a 3-year warranty on all products, covering defects in materials and workmanship that occur within this period. The warranty period begins from the date the item was originally delivered. 

(2) This warranty includes issues such as unravelling stitching, frame failures, faulty mechanisms, and structural component failures like problems with frames, springs, or overall structural stability. (3) The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse of the product. See our full list of what is not included in the policy schedule below.
