Heritage Pay Summary:

Heritage Home UK offers a flexible pay-in-installments scheme called Heritage Pay, designed to make purchasing easier. For orders between £300 and £900, you can spread the cost over three payments. This starts with a 20% deposit, followed by three monthly or weekly instalments for the remaining balance.

If your order exceeds £900, the scheme extends to six payments—but the initial 20% deposit still applies. Then, the balance is divided into six manageable weekly or monthly payments. This approach helps you enjoy your beautiful heritage products without the stress of a high upfront cost, giving you control over your budget while treating your home to quality.

Products are not shipped until the balance is fully cleared. There is also a £20 administration fee applied to every "heritage pay" agreement.

To pay using our Heritage Pay solution, follow the simple steps below:

  • Add your desired items to your shopping cart. 
  • Proceed to check out, following all usual steps, ensuring you input all of your information accurately, as our team will need your contact details to call you to set up your payment plan, tailored specifically to you. 
  • Select the "Heritage Pay" payment option. 
  • Click "complete order." 
  • Our team will then call you to set up your payment plan.
  • Once the 20% deposit and £20 administration fee have been paid, the item or items are officially reserved in your name. 
  • You will be invoiced on an agreed date at the end of every week or month, depending on the option that you choose. 
  • Once payment has been received in full, your items are then delivered on a date that suits you.

Welcome to Heritage Home UK’s Heritage Pay payment scheme. Please read these terms carefully before using Heritage Pay.

1. About Heritage Pay

Heritage Pay is a flexible pay-in-installments scheme designed to help you reserve and purchase our heritage products more easily. This scheme is not a credit or regulated credit agreement. It simply allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over several payments.

2. Payment Structure

  • For orders between £300 and £900, you pay a 20% deposit upfront, followed by three monthly or weekly instalments covering the remaining balance.

  • For orders over £900, you still pay a 20% deposit upfront, then split the remaining balance into six monthly or weekly instalments.

  • A £20 administration fee applies to every Heritage Pay agreement.

3. Shipment and Ownership

No products will be shipped until the full balance is cleared. Until then, your items are reserved but remain the property of Heritage Home UK.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

If you choose to cancel your order at any point, please note that all payments made, including the deposit and any instalments, are non-refundable. Cancelling an order means you forfeit all monies paid under Heritage Pay.

5. Additional Information

By using Heritage Pay, you agree that you understand this is a payment arrangement for reserving products and not a credit agreement. You remain responsible for completing all payments as agreed to receive your items.
