CUSTOMER SERVICES UPDATE

It is with a heavy heart and deep consideration that Heritage Home UK must temporarily close our offices and all customer service operations until Wednesday, 10th June 2026, at 9:00 AM.

We are facing an overwhelming amount of staff illness and absence, but most significantly, we are grieving the unexpected and tragic loss of a beloved member of our family. As a family-owned and operated business, this loss is profound and deeply felt by all of us.

Deliveries scheduled for today and tomorrow that our personal team were due to handle will be rescheduled for later this week.

Our team will contact you on Wednesday to rebook these deliveries at a time that works for you.

If your delivery was arranged through a third-party courier or provider, it will proceed as scheduled. Please contact the delivery provider listed in your confirmation email for updates and estimated arrival times.

We will resume full customer service operations on Wednesday, 10th June 2026, at 9:00 AM and look forward to serving you again. Thank you for your understanding and compassion during this extremely difficult time.
